JIMMY T. YAOKASIN, CPA
Chairman
Mr. Yaokasin serves as member of the Board of Directors in various companies. He is the current Chairman of the Salisbury BKT Securities Corporation a Philippine Stock Exchange listed company. Serving as a member of the Board for Bethel International School, MGC New Life Christian Academy, Leyte Cable TV Network Inc. He has also served as Chairman and President for a number of companies such as YKS Realty Development Inc., LPG Fuel Boss Corporation, Toyota Tacloban Leyte, Toyota Calbayog Samar, HK Imperial Awards Mining Corporation and Himalayan Holdings Inc. as well as the current Vice Chairman and concurrent Executive Vice President for Toyota Bataan Inc.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of the Philippines where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He has a Masters in Business Administration degree, which he obtained from the Kellogg School of Management of the Northwestern University of Chicago and HKUST Business School HongKong University of Science and Technology.

AUGUSTO M. COSIO, Jr
President & CEO
He is known as “Gus” among friends and social media followers.
Until june this year, he was President of First Metro Asset Management Inc. (FAMI) which is manages mutual funds with total assets under management of around 11 billion pesos. He assumed this position in September 2009. He has been a member of the First Metro Investment Corporation Investment (FMIC) committee since 2006. In FMIC, he held the position of Vice President from September 2006 to September 2009.
Gus has had extensive experience in investments and the capital markets both locally and internationally. He served as consultant to the Mutual Fund Company of the Philippines (Kabuhayan Fund) from 2005 to 2006 and with the GSIS Mutual Fund (Kinabukasan Fund) from 2002 to 2003. He was Vice President at Bank Austria Private Banking in Hong Kong from 2000 to 2001 managing portfolios for private clients.
Gus was previously, President of PNB Securities Inc. (1997 to 2000) and a member of the board of the Philippine Stock Exchange (1999-2000). He also served as Senior Vice President of Security Bank Corporation and SB Capital from 1994 to 1996.
Gus had been an international capital markets practitioner from 1977 to 1994 having been worked with Banque Nationale de Paris (1977 to 1981) and Banque Paribas (1984 to 1994), the predecessors of the present BNP Paribas. Gus worked in Hong Kong and Singapore for the Paribas capital markets group and in the Manila Off-shore Branch of Banque Nationale de Paris. Gus was fortunate to have operated in the major financial centers of Tokyo, Paris, London and New York as a capital market practitioner with this global bank.
Outside his career in finance and investments, he had organized a BPO start-up in 2004 – Trec Global whose investors were New York, USA based – which now boasts of 600 BPO employees.
In his spare time, he volunteers as a resource speaker for fixed income courses at the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education and the University of Asia and the Pacific as well as for the Certified Securities Specialist Program of the Philippine Stock Exchange. Investment and financial literacy is his personal advocacy.
He pursued the course of AB Social Science at the University of the Philippines finishing in 1974. He received further training in international capital markets through seminars and courses conducted by BNP and Banque Paribas in London, Paris, Tokyo in New York during his employment with these firms.
Gus is widely followed by Filipino a few thousand investment enthusiasts through social media.
BERNARD B. RABANZO
Director/ Chief Admin & Finance Officer
Mr. Rabanzo sits in the Board of Menlo Renewable Energy Corporation, MRC Tampakan Mines Inc. and MRC Surigao Mines Inc. He also serves as a member of the board, and the Chief Admin & Finance Officer of MRC.
He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a Major in Banking and Finance from St. Louis University in Baguio City. Prior to joining MRC, he was employed at Philippine Wireless Inc.
ALMA F. BUNTUA
Director
Ms. Buntua is currently the Vice President for Finance of 5G Security Inc., a leading security and solutions provider in the Philippines. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting from Guagua National Colleges and a Certified Public Accountant where she earned her license in 1993. In the last 28 years her experience in the Finance industry, she has developed her expertise in Accounting, Treasury, Project Finance and recently as the appointed Chief Finance Officer (Vice- President for Finance) in her current post.
JAMES G. VELASQUEZ

Mr. James G. Velasquez is currently the President and CEO of PT&T, a Philippines Telecommunications Company. He was previously a Senior Executive for IBM Global Technology Services, Asia Pacific.
James has 30 years of experience in running several business units in the Philippines and in Asia Pacific with focus on business management, operations, strategic sales, digital transformation, technical support, infrastructure management and regional sales & operations. Mr. Velasquez graduated from University of Santo Tomas, with degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
Emmanuel K. Veloso
Independent Director
Mr. Veloso is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the Sophia University of Tokyo, Japan.An alumnus of the Ateneo de Manila University both for grade school and high school. Actively involved in Civic Society groups such as Sophia University Alumni Association, Pintados Foundation, Inc., Rotary Club of Leyte Gulf, Tacloban City, Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines and Veloso Foundation Inc. Mr. Veloso handled positions and designations both present and in the past such as, Governor, Province of Leyte in 1986, Mayor of Tacloban City in 1986-1987, Board of Director in Philippine Tourism Authority Manila from 2003-2010. PEA Tollways Corporation in 2005-2006 and San Miguel Kuok Food Security, Inc.
He was also a Consultant at San Miguel Corporation in 2010-2013 and Lim Solar Philippines in 2013-present. He is currently the Treasurer for the Center for Natural Farming Initiative Inc from 2014 to present and a former Board of Director of the PNOC Exploration Corporation. He is presently the Vice President, Plutus Mining Corporation.

GOPAL SHAM DASWANI

Mr. Daswani owned and managed various corporation engaged in garment manufacturing, importation, export, wholesale and retail trading from 2003 to 2012. Not long after, Mr. Daswani has focused on being an Investment Manager for local and foreign bonds and equities that mainly engaged in research, analysis and investment of personal assets into companies with long term growth potentials.
He is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts with Specialization in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
AL JOSEPH C. DE GUZMAN

Mr. De Guzman is an Electrical Engineer by profession with over 20 years of experience in project management and engineering. He has extensive background in operating renewable energy projects such as solar, wind and hydro projects; dams and irrigation electro-mechanical systems; and oil and gas electrical systems.
Mr De Guzman is a graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology.
ATTY. MARGARETH P. REYES-MENDOZA

Ms. Mendoza is founding partner of Prieto & Mendoza Law Office. Immediately upon admission to the Bar, she served for four (4) years as Public Attorney II at the the Public Attorney’s Office (Manila).
She was also previously connected with Diamond Motor Corporation where she served as In-house Counsel for Three (3) years. She was former Professor in the College of Accountancy and Economics at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila .
ATTY. JOHNSTON R. BRUSOLA
Corporate Secretary / Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology major Microbiology from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and completed his Bachelor of Law from the Philippine Christian University. Atty. Brusola has been in Corporate Law since 2017 and currently engaged in Renewable Energy law practice. As a new lawyer, he has invested his time and experience in the energy sector, corporate and litigation.
MARIA MAY P. MILITANTE

Ms Militante is the former Head of Media Group of the Office of the Secretary at the Department of Energy, Corporate Communication Officer of the Philippine National Oil Corporation - Renewables Corporation where she also served as the company’s Spokesperson. She was previously connected with Go Abroad Philippines as Go-Media Coordinator.
She obtained her degree in Bachelor in Business Administration Major in Management from the University of the Philippines. Represented the Department of Energy in various exhibits, conferences and trainings in the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the USA. Completed an Executive Education Program Course at the Asian Institute of Management.
HELEN Q. CHICO
Compliance Officer
Ms. Chico is currently holding a position of Compliance Officer since March 15, 2018 up to present. She is responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provides guidance on compliance matters. She started in MRC since April 2011 as Paralegal and on 2016 as Assistant Compliance of the Office of Legal & Compliance Department of the Company. She is a graduate of Divine Word College of Legazpi, Albay with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2004.
