CARLOS JOSE P. GATMAITAN
Chairman
Mr. Gatmaitan is a former President and CEO of PNOC Renewables Corporation, the renewable energy arm of the state-owned Philippine National Oil Company. He is also a former director and alternate member of the PNOC Group to the National Renewable Energy Board, the independent body that monitors the implementation of pertinent laws and rules involving the renewable energy sector.
He obtained both his Master in Business Administration and Bachelor in Business Administration degree from the Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. He is a graduate and fellow at the Institute of Corporate Directors in Manila.

JIMMY T. YAOKASIN, CPA
Vice-Chairman
Mr. Yaokasin serves as member of the Board of Directors in various companies such as the Development Academy of the Philippines, Splash Corporation, Bethel International School, and Leyte Cable TV Network Inc.
He is a Certified Public Accountant who obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of the Philippines where he graduated Cum Laude. He has a Masters in Business Administration degree, which he obtained from the Kellogg School of Management of the Northwestern University of Chicago.
ATTY. GLADYS N. NALDA
President & CEO
Ms. Nalda is former Vice President for Legal and Corporate Services of PNOC Renewables Corporation. She was previously connected with PNOC Exploration Corporation and the Department of Energy as legal counsel. She is a lawyer by profession with extensive background in renewable energy law and project finance.
She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of the Philippines and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas. She further completed a certificate course in International and Comparative Laws at the University of Strasbourg in France. She is also a graduate of the Professional Directors Program of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
BERNARD B. RABANZO
Director/ Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Rabanzo sits in the Board of Menlo Renewable Energy Corporation, MRC Tampakan Mines Inc. and MRC Surigao Mines Inc. He also serves as the head of the Compliance Division of MRC.
He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a Major in Banking and Finance from St. Louis University in Baguio City. Prior to joining MRC, he was employed at Philippine Wireless Inc.
CELIA CHAO
Director
Ms. Chao is a member of the Board of Directors of various multinational companies such as Yichang Technology (Taiwan), Power Silicon Semiconductors Inc. and Action Integrated Asia Corporation.
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Tamkang University in Taiwan. She is a Taiwan national who is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
ZENAIDA Y. MONSADA
Independent Director
Ms. Monsada is a former secretary of the Department of Energy. She has spent more than three decades in the government service. She started her career with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources then transferred to the Department of Energy where she rose from the ranks to be the first woman Secretary of Energy. She retired from public service in 2016 but she continued her advocacies in environment, clean energy and climate change even in the private sector.
She is a chemist by profession and she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree from the University of San Carlos in Cebu City. She further pursued post graduate studies from the University of the Philippines, Development Academy of the Philippines, the Arthur D. Little Management of Petroleum Operations in Boston, USA and the Norweigan Petroleum Directorate in Stavanger, Norway.
ATTY. MICHAEL B. ARCISO
Independent Director
Mr. Arciso is a practicing lawyer who specializes in corporate, civil and administrative law. He served as Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel to various companies such as Subic Leisureworld Inc., Hanafil Golf & Tour Inc., JVC Hengun Advertising Inc., Global Goldgoal Inc. and VJC Tri-Star Corporation. He is a Managing Partner of Arciso Arciso & Associates.
He is a graduate of Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas. He obtained his pre-law degree of Bachelor of Arts Major in English from the Mindanao State University in South Cotabato.
ATTY. JAN VINCENT S. SOLIVEN

Mr. Soliven is the Corporate Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of MRC Allied, Inc. He also serves as Corporate Secretary of Dolphin Fire Group, Inc. He is a former Associate of Gatchalian Castro & Mawis Law Offices.
He obtained his degree in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines in Manila. He completed his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2013.
ATTY. MARGARETH P. REYES-MENDOZA

Ms. Mendoza is founding partner of Prieto & Mendoza Law Office. Immediately upon admission to the Bar, she served for four (4) years as Public Attorney II at the the Public Attorney’s Office (Manila).
She was also previously connected with Diamond Motor Corporation where she served as In-house Counsel for Three (3) years. She was former Professor in the College of Accountancy and Economics at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila .
ATTY. MARGARETH P. REYES-MENDOZA

Ms. Mendoza is a lawyer by profession and founding partner of Nalda Prieto Mendoza & Soliven Law Firm. Immediately upon admission to the Philippine Bar in 2007, she worked at the the Public Attorney’s Office in Manila.
She obtained both her Economics and Law degree from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM). She was also former Professor in the College of Accountancy and Economics at PLM.
ALEJANDRO A. PALACIO, CPA
Chief Finance Officer
Mr. Palacio is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in project finance, public accounting, internal audit, risk management, IT management, fraud and forensic, consulting and the academe. He was previously connected with Sycip Gorres and Velayo (SGV & Co), Grant Thornton Philippines (Punongbayan & Araullo), Grant Thornton Vietnam Ltd., Institute of Internal Auditors Philippines and Center for Internal Audit Services Philippines. He has been involved in conducting international advisory and audit engagements in the USA, Cambodia, West Bank Gaza, Afghanistan, Bolivia, Haiti, Angola, Laos, Diego Garcia and Vietnam.
He obtained his degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of the Philippines where he graduated Cum Laude. He also placed 6th in the May 2003 CPA Board Examinations.
MARIA MAY P. MILITANTE
Chief Public Relations Officer
Ms Militante is the former Head of Media Group of the Office of the Secretary at the Department of Energy, Corporate Communication Officer of the Philippine National Oil Corporation - Renewables Corporation where she also served as the company’s Spokesperson. She was previously connected with Go Abroad Philippines as Go-Media Coordinator.
She obtained her degree in Bachelor in Business Administration Major in Management from the University of the Philippines. Represented the Department of Energy in various exhibits, conferences and trainings in the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the USA. Completed an Executive Education Program Course at the Asian Institute of Management.
